COMMERCIAL SOLUTIONS
THE DOMAIN (Austin, TX) - 11601 Alterra Parkway
THE DOMAIN is a high-density office, retail, and residential center owned and operated by Endeavor Real Estate Group, TIER REIT, Inc., Simon Property Group, and Stonelake Capital Partners. The center is located in the high-tech corridor of northwest Austin.
The Scope:
A commercial cellular coverage solution for Building 8 which is occupied by Brycomm / Amazon Austin.
This office building consists of five floors occupying 175,000 square feet.
The Solution:
A fiber tethered active Distributed Antenna system developed by ADRF; the ADX product line.
Wireless service providers were integrated utilizing small cells and BDA’s
Deerwood Glen Business Park -6519 State Hwy 225 (Deer Park, TX)
The Scope:
Deliver commercial cellular coverage for Phase III which is occupied by DOW.
This office building consists of two floors occupying 175,000 square feet.
The Solution:
A passive Distributed Antenna system utilizing the Commscope NODE A BDA to rebroadcast the carrier signals into the building
EDUCATIONAL SOLUTIONS
University of Texas in Austin - Dell Medical Building (Austin, TX)
Dell Medical School’s 21st-century facilities anchor Austin’s Health District and form a laboratory for medical education, clinical care, research and health care redesign. Described by Texas Architect as “a place of collaboration and openness, a hive of learning,” our Health Learning Building serves as the primary academic home for students.
The Scope:
The Office of Facilities Planning and Construction – Austin Region required Public Safety coverage on floors 1 through 3 which occupied more than 135,000 Square Feet
The Solution:
ADRF Digital BDA and Battery Backup suite provided via a passive distribution antenna system
GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS
Gateway Arch National Park (St. Louis, Missouri)
The Scope:
Provide seamless coverage for Public Safety, First Responder and National Park Police operations.
Frequency bands consisted of 150 MHz and 800MHz.
The coverage area encompassed the interior of the Gateway Arch and its tram system; the Visitor’s Center, Museum and Tucker Theater which occupied approximate 500,000 square feet.
Additionally, provide coverage to the 90 acres of park grounds.
The Solution:
A fiber tethered active Distributed Antenna system developed by SOLiD.
Public Safety, First Responder and National Park Police were integrated utilizing the
Commscope NODE A BDA suite and AHJ provided 100-watt VHF base stations.
Kendal County Sherriff’s Office and Detention Center - 6 Staudt Street, Boerne, Texas
Kendal County Sherriff’s Office and Detention Center - 6 Staudt Street, Boerne, Texas
The Kendall County Jail, located in the city of Boerne, is a medium to maximum-security facility. A daily average of 53 Inmates and a staff of 13.
The Scope:
One of several Detention center’s we have been chosen to provide solutions for.
Provide Cellular and First Responder coverage to the Sherriff’s Office and Detention Center
The Cellular Coverage requested was AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. First Responder Coverage consisted of Public Safety VHF 150 MHz and 800 MHz ESMR.
The Solution:
Public Safety/ First Responder solutions was the ADRF Digital BDA and Battery Backup suite provided via a passive distribution antenna system.
Cellular solution deployed was the Cel-Fi QUATRA In-Building Enterprise Hybrid Active Distributed Antenna System
